Destroy an envelope belonging to a tenant

DELETE 
/settings/tenants/:tenantId/envelopes/:envelopeId

Permanently destroys the document data held within the envelope. Only an admin of the tenant that owns the envelope may perform this action.

A management client may also call this for its own organisation; requesting any other organisation returns 404. The audit event records the acting client.
